Not sure if this is what every mother thinks, but I do. When ever I see a school going boy, immediately I start wondering whether Sanju will be like him when he grows up. When ever I see a boy who looks out of league, I starting worrying whether Sanju will have such boys as friends . How will I react then. For sure I know that he will be matured enough by then to handle his life by himself but I still keep dreaming about such things now.

2010 Navratri celebration
Vidyarambh on Vijayadasami (2010)
This is an important day in Sanjiv's educational part of life....On 17.10.2010, Sunday, we did the Vidyarambh for Sanjiv in Sri Veeramakaliamman temple, Singapore.
This day turned out to be much more than I expected. They were performing Sri Sahasra Chandi Maha Yaaga. And the vidyarambh for Sanjiv was performed in front of the Yaaga and the crowd present for the Yaaga. Thanks for the priest who did this for us. I feel Sanjiv to be more blessed on that day.
He too did everything exactly the way priest asked him to do. May god bless our son with all the goodness of the education and may he use it for the welfare of everyone.

Back from vacation....
Back from vacation...Quite a lot to post. But I have been busy and couldn't post...
First and fore most important thing I want to say is, all my reality check that I did before going, remained as just my fears...
He was such a well behaved kid. When were I wanted, he used to walk or listen to my instruction to the dot.
I was quite surprised the way he behaved inside the flight. For once he didn't want to run around or kick the front row....He made my day....
Back in India, he had ultimate fun. He was fighting to stay awake just to have fun with his grannies, aunties and cousins....He kept all my cousin brothers quite busy..
I have to tell this....he even made one of my dear cousin brother(Somu) whom we hardly get to see, come on daily basis....that cousin who hasn't called me once, this time called me immediately after we landed in sgp to check if we had safe flight and how Sanju was doing, then he called when he heard that Sanju was not keeping well...I am simply lost for words on the effect my son had on my cousin brother whom I like very much but for some reason the distance between us grew larger....Hope Sanjiv will be the reason for me to get closer to my only one elder cousin brother....or would rather just say my elder brother....
It was a wonderful to see how everyone simply adored him...I enjoyed watching everyone play with him and have fun....you can see the pride in my eye that he is MY SON.....
Once we came back, he missed everyone and even one day he said 'Amma, flight, orru'..he meant, lets take the flight and go back....
Now, I am waiting for our next visit to India again for Diwali.......Not only me, everyone back in India is waiting for his visit....He is now the joy and love our family....
